1. Service Description & Reseller Disclosure

Smith & Tech Wireless LLC ("Smith & Tech", "we", "us") is an independent wireless reseller. We are not T-Mobile USA, Inc. All wireless services are provided via Purple Wireless Group America LLC ("PWG") using the T-Mobile 5G/4G LTE nationwide network.

Plans include:

  • Phone Plans: $15-$40/mo

  • Data Only Plans: $12/mo 15GB, $20/mo 30GB, $35/mo 100GB - For Hotspot, Tablet, RV, Backup Internet

Service is PREPAID, MONTH-TO-MONTH, NO CONTRACT.

2. CRITICAL: E911 LIMITATION ON DATA-ONLY PLANS

DATA-ONLY PLANS DO NOT INCLUDE A PHONE NUMBER AND DO NOT SUPPORT E911, 911, OR ANY VOICE CALLING. YOU CANNOT DIAL 911 FROM A DATA-ONLY SIM. YOU MUST HAVE AN ALTERNATIVE MEANS TO CONTACT EMERGENCY SERVICES.

By activating a data-only SIM, you acknowledge and accept this limitation and agree to hold Smith & Tech Wireless LLC harmless.

3. Eligibility & SIM Ownership

You must be 18+. SIM cards remain property of Smith & Tech until activated, then licensed to you. ICCID/IMEI may be collected for provisioning.

4. No Guarantee of Coverage, Speed, or Uninterrupted Service

Coverage maps are approximate. Speeds are "up to" and subject to network management, deprioritization, and congestion. We do not guarantee service availability.

5. Payment, Renewal, Cancellation

All plans are prepaid. Service renews automatically on your due date via Stripe. If payment fails, service suspends after 3 days. No prorated refunds after activation. See Refund Policy.

6. Porting

You may port in/out per FCC rules. Data-only plans have no number to port.

7. Acceptable Use

All use must comply with our AUP and T-Mobile/PWG AUP. Violation may result in throttling, suspension, or termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Georgia law, our liability is limited to amount paid in last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental damages, lost profits, or failure to reach emergency services on data-only plans.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by laws of State of Georgia, venue Cobb County, GA.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms with 14-day notice via email/website.
