Refund Policy - Smith & Tech Wireless LLC

Effective Date: October 10, 2026

1. SIM Card / Hardware

Unused, Unactivated SIM: Full refund within 7 days of delivery minus $5 shipping/handling. SIM must be unused.

Activated SIM: NO REFUND once SIM is activated or any data session occurs (even 1KB).

Defective SIM: Free replacement within 30 days. Contact [email protected] with ICCID.

2. Wireless Service Plans (Phone & Data Only)

All wireless service is PREPAID and NON-REFUNDABLE after activation:

Phone Plans $15-$40/mo

Data Only 15GB $12, 30GB $20, 100GB $35

No prorated refunds for early cancellation, slow speeds, or coverage issues. Service is best-effort on T-Mobile network.

3. How to Request

Email [email protected] with order #, ICCID, reason. Eligible refunds processed via Stripe to original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. Chargebacks

Chargebacks without contacting us first will result in immediate service termination and collection action.

5. Exception

Georgia law may provide additional rights.
