Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) - Smith & Tech Wireless LLC
Effective Date: October 10, 2026
Applies to all Smith & Tech Wireless services via PWG / T-Mobile Network
1. General
You may not use our service for illegal activity, to violate any law, or to violate T-Mobile or PWG AUP.
2. Prohibited Uses
Reselling service without written permission
Spamming, phishing, robocalls (phone plans)
Hacking, malware, C&C servers
Continuous unattended streaming, auto-reconnect scripts that abuse network
Excessive tethering beyond plan allowance (hotspot use must match plan)
Using data-only SIM in a way that attempts to add voice/E911
3. Network Management & Fair Use
Plans are subject to T-Mobile network management and deprioritization.
Data Only 100GB: Up to 100GB high-speed, then 2G speeds. Continuous use >800GB/mo may be flagged as abuse per upstream carrier.
Phone Plans: Subject to deprioritization after 50GB.
No unlimited guarantee - "unlimited" on phone plans is subject to deprioritization.
4. Tethering / Hotspot
Allowed per your plan allotment. Data-only plans are DESIGNED for hotspot/tablet/RV.
5. Consequences
First violation: Warning + throttle. Second: Suspension 7 days. Third: Termination without refund. Illegal activity: Immediate termination + report to law enforcement.
6. Upstream AUP
By using service you also agree to PWG America and T-Mobile USA Acceptable Use Policies.
